Winter Events at Lake of the Ozarks!

If the return of the cold weather has been getting you down, today's blog is the one for you! Today we're talking about all of the wonderful activities and events there are to enjoy at the Lake of the Ozarks in the winter. Great Events to Look Forward To!

Lake of the Ozarks Eagle Days


January 4th-5th, Saturday 9:00am-5:30pm and Sunday 10:00am-4:30pm

This event is free and open to the public! Enjoy shows from the Dickerson Park Zoo hosted at the School of the Osage Heritage Elementary, including "American Bald Eagle Program" and "Built for Flight - Peregrine Falcon, American Kestrel, Chicken, and Owl Program." The elementary school will also host family-friendly activities like a coloring contest and face painting. View wild eagles at Willmore Lodge or the Bagnell Dam Access. Mardi Gras Pub Crawl


February 8th, 4:00pm-2:00am (buses run until 2:30am)

The world’s largest pub crawl!

Pairing Event at Stark Caverns

Professional Chef Allen Plemmons and Stark Caverns have paired up to create this romantic evening for your special Valentine’s Day date. Each menu item will be paired with a complimentary beverage from a local winery or brewery, including Canterbury Hill, Golden Rock, Seven Springs Winery, Bees Knees, and Lake of the Ozarks Brewing. Enjoy a tour of Stark Caverns as you sample each dish, and end up in the ballroom for dessert and coffee. You will also receive a commemorative photo of the evening to cherish. YPL 5th Annual Dodgeball Tournament

The Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and the Young Professionals at the Lake are pairing up to host the 5th Annual YPL Dodge Ball Tournament. Weekly Flighted Two-Person Scramble with Season Points Race
Just a one-time fee of $20 if you want in the Championship.
For the public, it is $35 and for full members of the Golf Club at Deer Chase, it is $15. This includes 18 holes with golf cart and range balls.
The number of entrants will determine the cash payout amount.
If the forecast is above 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the game is on!
